Yes! Free shipping is provided on all orders over £35. Orders under £35 have a small delivery fee applied at checkout.
Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of confirmed payment.
We currently ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding internationally — sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know!
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet then we can amend the delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@cardit.co.uk
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase however this does not apply to sealed product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Every purchase earns you reward points. You also earn points by leaving reviews or following us on social media. Points can be redeemed for discounts. Please note you need to register an account and be logged in to receive points.
When logged in at checkout, you'll see an option to apply your available reward points as a discount. Simply select how many you'd like to use.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. We'll send you a reminder email before they expire!
